My 30 Favourite Songs of 2022

I realize it might be a little late into the new year to be posting about my favourite songs from the previous year, but better late than never, right? Well, I guess that depends on whether or not you think my taste in music sucks. Either way, here we are!

Last year, I made a list of 101 of my favourite songs of 2021, so why did I slim it down so much for 2022? I assure you, it was not out of laziness, but rather the fact that I simply didn't "have the time" to listen to as much new music (or music at all, for that matter) as I did in 2021.

I was constantly working on one project or another, or multiple projects at the same time during 2022, and so checking out new music just wasn't a high priority for me. Nonetheless, I did get to hear at least some new stuff in 2022, and so I decided I would slap together a measly Top 30 list of what I thought were the best songs I heard during the year.
