50x50 Challenge #8: Complete 5 Challenges

I've said this before and I'll say it again: challenging ourselves is important and integral to personal growth. There are many reasons why this is true. Challenging ourselves can lead to introspective thinking, building new and better relationships, being more spontaneous, taking pride in yourself, discovering knowledge and new passions + skills, and so much more. Given all this, it seems almost reckless not to challenge yourself!
These are some of the reasons why I wanted to set this as one of my "50x50" goals, to take on and complete 5 new challenges, and I wanted them to be meaningful, beneficial to my overall goals, and actually challenging! When it comes to this particular goal, I'm not talking about some passing online challenge you see everybody doing on TikTok or Instagram. These will be more substantial than eating a spoonful of cinnamon or learning a 10-second dance routine. Not that I have anything against those things, they're just not what I'm aiming for here.
So, below is where I will keep track of these 5 challenges, some (or perhaps all) of which may take months to fully complete. Feel free to follow along and come up with your own challenges, and share your progress if you like! Challenge #1: Complete a dozen 30-day challenges in 2021...
